The goal of this assignment was to create two different color wheels: one with your favorite colors and one with your least favorite colors. I enjoyed this assignment because it allowed me to think deeply about how colors create an emotional reaction within a piece. Personally, I enjoy more muted tones because they provide me with a sense of calm in my environment. Colors I dislike in my environment tend to be bright and exuberant. However, when working on an art piece, I do not discriminate in the colors I use as I think art is a separate form of expression.
